Charlotte Gunn is the Founder and Editorial Director of The Forty-Five. Former NME Editor and journalist for the likes of Rolling Stone, DIY, The Face, Music Week, Red and Marie Claire, Charlotte founded The Forty-Five after experiencing the boys' club that is the music industry and recognising a need to champion female artists and storytellers. With over fifteen years experience as a writer and editor, her mission is to unite the world's best music journalists under one roof and to help create a diverse and representative music industry. She's a big fan of Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers and believes boygenius are going to become the biggest band on the planet.
