Award Ceremonies seem to come around faster and faster every year. Back once again, the MTV European Music Awards took place this weekend in Budapest, Hungary and was a star-packed event, with live performances from Girl In Red, Yungblud, Kim Petras and everyone’s best friend, Saweetie on MC duties.
Justin Bieber was nominated for six awards but failed to scoop any. Olivia Rodrigo was up for five but also didn’t take home a gong.
Lil Nas X was a worthy winner of Best Video for his sexy dance with the devil in ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name)’. Yungblud took home the award for Best Alternative Artist, marking the occasion by kicking over a wall of amps at the end of his torched set.
