The Glastonbury 2024 line-up has been revealed, with Dua Lipa, SZA and Coldplay confirmed to headline this year’s edition of the festival.
Shania Twain is also listed among the headliners for the Pyramid Stage, while PJ Harvey, Olivia Dean, Blondshell, Romy, The Last Dinner Party, Camila Cabello, Jessie Ware, Nia Archives, and more will also make an appearance at the Worthy Farm festival. More names will be announced ahead of the festival in June.
Previously rumoured headliners for Glastonbury 2024 included Madonna, Rihanna, and Stevie Wonder. The booking of two female headliners follows the absence of women at the top of the bill in 2023 after one intended female headliner dropped out of the line-up.
At the time, festival organiser Emily Eavis confirmed the team had already booked two women to top the bill for 2024 but also blamed an “industry ‘pipeline’ problem” on the lack of replacements for 2023.
Glastonbury 2023 was headlined by Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses, and Elton John. Elsewhere, Lana Del Rey topped the bill on the Other Stage but, after arriving late on stage, had her set cut short when she hit the curfew. CHVRCHES played their last UK gig on the Screen Violence tour, bringing Carrie gore to the Other Stage. Rina Sawayama, meanwhile, called out The 1975’s Matty Healy on stage at Woodsies for his part in an offensive podcast.
Other highlights last year included Maisie Peters, FLO, Warpaint, The Last Dinner Party, Lizzo, Nova Twins, Weyes Blood, and many more. Relive all of the action from The Forty-Five at Glastonbury 2023 here.
