Agnes – ‘EGO’

Best known for her 2008 hit ‘Release Me,’ Swedish vocalist Agnes has been a trailblazer in the EDM scene for over two decades. Her brand new single ‘EGO’ is a modern dance anthem. With a heady mix of synthesisers and vocal distortion, the song ramps up the hedonistic vibes, instantly striking up the urge to let loose on the dancefloor. ‘EGO’ is out now via Universal.

Ego Ella May – ‘What We Do’

Neo soul powerhouse and multi-instrumentalist Ego Ella May has released ‘What We Do,’ the first taster from her eagerly-awaited second album. May has been inspired by her jazz and soul predecessors since childhood, even being named after Ella Fitzgerald. With her trademark rich vocals and a smooth rhythm, the track is the perfect accompaniment for relaxation. The full album is due to drop early next year.

The What Four – ‘Sunday Morning’

The What Four are a brand new garage rock outfit hailing from LA, bringing an electric mix of retro vibes to modern rock ‘n’ roll. ‘Sunday Morning’ is one of four foot-tapping tracks from their debut EP, ‘Four (The Record)’. The brutally honest lyrics tell the story of the regret that comes the morning after a heavy night of partying – but this sunny, feel-good track is sure to beat off even the most debilitating of hangovers.

SEREN – ‘Maybe, I Don’t Know’

‘Maybe, I Don’t Know’ is the debut single of London-based soloist SEREN. The achingly relatable ballad explores the bittersweet feeling of leaving home comforts behind. At just 20 years old, SEREN demonstrates a remarkable maturity in her songwriting, wistfully pondering the fleeting nature of life. Her vocals are powerful, yet carry a rawness that complements the melancholy of her lyrics.

flowerovlove  – ‘I’m your first’

20-year-old singer-songwriter flowerovlove has mastered the craft of making pop music with addictive bubblegum vibes, that’s never overly sweet. This is in part owed to her straight-talking lyrics, as exemplified on brand new track ‘I’m your first.’ With an earworm of a hook and a chorus that asserts “You ain’t never had a girl like this/I know I’m your first bad bitch,” it’s no surprise that she is taking the pop world by storm.
